Prior to joining the Labor and Employment LawDepartment at KPMG ABOGADOS in 2012, Eduardo practiced professionally in theLabor Area at ??the Valencia (2004-2008) and Madrid (2008-2012) offices of the lawfirm CUATRECASAS (2004-2012).
Eduardo has extensive experience in all mannerof employment and social security-related matters, including legal assistancein all instances of the labor jurisdiction, business restructuring processes,collective negotiation, occupational risk prevention, trade union elections,outsourcing processes, employment contract terminations, drafting ordinary andsenior management employment contracts, etc.
Noteworthy among the many engagements in whichhe has participated is his involvement in numerous court proceedings, includingthe legal defense of companies before the Labor Chambers of both the Nationaland the Supreme Court.
He is a lecturer at ISDE on the Master’s Degreein International Law, and has taught at the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles inValencia, the Centro de Estudios Financieros and CEU San Pablo University onthe Master’s Degree in Legal Practice.
He has contributed to labor law journals andreviews such as “Anuario de Práctica Laboral para Abogados”, published by LaLey-Wolters Kluver.
